What makes KORUA Shapes boards different from traditional snowboards?
Our boards are specifically designed for 'Yearning for Turning.' We focus on unique shapes and sidecuts that prioritize carving performance and float in powder, moving away from generic twin-tip designs.
How do I choose the right board size for my riding style?
Since our shapes are unconventional, we recommend looking at the 'Volume Shift' and recommended weight ranges on each product page rather than just board length.
Do you ship internationally and what are the costs?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the equipment ordered.
What is your return policy for snowboards?
You can return any unused board in its original plastic wrapping within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Used equipment cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do KORUA boards come pre-waxed and ready to ride?
All our boards come factory waxed and with a tuned edge. However, for the best experience in specific snow conditions, we recommend a fresh hot wax before your first session.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or general wear and tear.
